Pretty good weekend.

I had a pretty good weekend. Saturday, I went to see Cloverfield with Harry and Liz. It was better than I expected, mostly because they actually showed the creature (something I wasn't expecting based on what I heard about The Blair Witch Project, which is the movie I was told this resembled in style). We also went to a store near the theater, and I used a gift card I got for Christmas to buy Resident Evil: Extinction and Catch Me if You Can on DVD. I hung out with them for awhile afterward, then came home and played "Marvel: Ultimate Alliance.

On Sunday, I finished the laundry I had started on Saturday. I also finished watching my tape of the animated series "The Mask." I did some ironing, played my "Spider-Man: Friend or Foe" game, and started watching Transformers....

A Nice Weekend.

I had a nice weekend. On Friday, I watched part of Night at the Museum on DVD with Gwen and Norman. On Saturday, I got together with Harry and watched Terminator 2: Judgement Day (Extended Edition) at his place. We played "Spider-Man: Friend or Foe" on his PS3, and I got to play as Spider-Man (since he was Spider-Man when we tried out the demo awhile back). Later, I did the laundry at my place and some vacuuming. Today, I listened to my pastor on the radio. I watched the end of Night at the Museum and had a small lunch. I also spent time reading a book I got during my college days--How to Give Away Your Faith, by Paul Little.

Pretty good weekend.

This past weekend was pretty good. Harry, Liz, and I went to see The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep on Friday night. On Saturday morning, Harry and I went to see In the Name of the King. It was better than I had expected. I was amused to see Burt Reynolds as the king.

Other stuff: I played some games on my PS2. I watched Hot Rod and Transformers: Beginnings on DVD (not the same DVD, mind you). I watched (and taped) "Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles." I helped Diana with her website. I did laundry and ironed some shirts.

Busy New Year.

I have been very busy the past week. It was a cleaning week, so I was trying to get various things cleaned around the apartment. Gwen moved in to the guest room on Friday. I have been page building, reading, and taking notes to help Diana develop a website for her business frequently throughout the week.

I had New Year's Day off, so I stayed up late on New Year's Eve, watched TV, and did some reading. Work on New Year's Eve got out almost a hour earlier than I expected, so I took some shorter lunches at work this week so I could rack up some overtime. On New Year's Day, I got a new game for my PS2 and played it on Friday night by myself and this afternoon with Norman.

Saturday, I got together with Harry and Liz. We went to see Alien vs. Predator Requiem and National Treasure: Book of Secrets. I was glad to see both of them again (they had been out of town on vacation). Hopefully, Harry will be able to come over some time and play my new game with me.....
