I have spent a lot of time with Harry and his family lately. A week ago yesterday, I got together with them to celebrate Harry's birthday early. We ate lunch at an Italian restaurant across town. We stopped by the Bass Pro Shop and got Norma's picture taken with Santa. We went to their place, and I played "Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2" with Harry. We finished the Latveria level and started on the New York level.
On Thanksgiving, I got together with Harry, Liz, and Norma and had dinner at Harry's parents' house. I took some pictures of Norma. I watched part of a football game with them, then they gave me a lift home.
Meanwhile, I am still squeezing in overtime at work. I found out over a week and a half ago that I didn't get the permanent position I applied for. Things are still pretty busy, so I will probably still be working there for the rest of the holiday season. I had half of Wednesday and all of Thanksgiving Day off, and I got to leave over an hour early on Friday.
Yesterday, I celebrated Thanksgiving with Cosmo, Wanda, Diana, Norman, and Gwen. We had a late lunch at Norman and Gwen's place. Afterwards, I watched half an episode of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" on Netflix with Norman. After I got home, I did laundry.
Today, I kept busy. I did some cleaning around the townhouse, including vacuuming most of the carpets. I wrote a check for one of my credit cards and watched more of my second tape of "Star Trek: Voyager" episodes.
This is my online account of various events in my real life, as well as the occasional daydream or fantasy or evening dream. All real people besides me (who aren't celebrities) will be identified by code names (to protect the innocent).

Star Trek: Voyager, work.
After finishing my DVD's of "Heroes" (2nd season), I started watching my first tape of "Star Trek: Voyager" episodes. So far, I've watched three episodes: "Bride of Chaotica" (the holodeck runs amok when the ship gets locked in a subspace eddy that connects the ship to a photon-based universe) and both parts of "Dark Horizon" (Seven of Nine is coerced into returning to the Borg during a daring heist by the crew to obtain a transwarp coil).
Meanwhile, I've also been working overtime at my job. I had an interview last Wednesday for a permanent position (I've been temping since late April), but I haven't heard back yet on the position I interviewed for.

Megamind weekend.
On Friday, I got together with Norman and Gwen and saw Megamind in 3-D. It was pretty funny. Will Farrell definitely has a future in animation. We also saw some stuff about the upcoming Tron: Legacy movie.
On Saturday, I went out and got my hair cut. I did some vacuuming. I also did some reading and finished watching my "Heroes" (Season 2) DVDs. I worked on some of my pictures from Halloween.
Today, I finished the vacuuming. I walked over to McDonald's and had lunch. I hung around and did some reading.

Halloween Weekend.

I had a pretty good time on Halloween weekend. On Saturday, I watched my DVD copy of The Wraith. On Halloween, I got together with Harry, Liz, and Norma. I ran some errands and had lunch with them. Back at their place, I took pictures of Norma with her parents and her grandparents (Harry's parents). Liz's parents dropped by as well, but I was too busy carving jack-o'lanterns with Harry to get any shots of them with Norma. Later, I ate dinner with them and watched some Netflix of Jeff Dunham's comedy specials. Throughout the evening, I helped hand out candy to trick-or-treaters (and there were a lot of those). Sadly, I forgot to put out the jack-o'latern I had carved on Thursday night (pictured above) before going out with Harry and his family on Sunday. I thought about putting it outside today, but it was all moldy and stinky by the time I got home from work.
