Betty's back, David Trek.

Well, Betty is back from her vacation. I got an uncertain glimpse of her yesterday morning (it was dark, so it might have been someone else). Today, we passed each other in the area between our departments. I said "hey" and she asked me how I was doing. I said I was "doing okay," and we headed to our separate departments. I take this as a good sign, since it is more like the interactions I'd had with her before I told her how I felt about her last month.

Not much else going on. I was bummed to learn that "Spectacular Spider-Man" is moving to a digital cable station, which means I won't be able to tape it off the CW anymore. I found some episodes online, though, so I will still be able to see the new season. I called Liz today and wished her a happy birthday. I've been doing some cleaning around the townhouse all week. And now, "David Trek:"

Personal log, 210903.27--We arrived at the second of our three destinations in the Southern Pinwheel Galaxy last night. We are orbiting a white dwarf star near the galactic core. We will be here for a few more days, then we plan to Leap to another star between the core and outer edge of the galaxy. I plan to confer with Commander Gene and see how many stops we can make in the next galaxy we visit.
