David Trek: Final Days at Pollux b.

Personal log, 210903.05--Later tonight, we leave Pollux b for our next destination, Procyon. The last few days have gone well. On Monday, Gene took the Bradbury and (later on) Sawyer took the Crichton to do some close orbit scans of Pollux b. On Tuesday, Div took the Peretti and (later on) Arnold took the Verne for more close orbit scans of the planet. All the trips revealed the same thing: this planet is like a super-sized version of the Sol System's Jupiter--mostly gas with a super-dense metallic core. Yesterday and today, we did some final scans from the ship.
